Smart City Kochi wants SEZ status without strings

The Cabinet meeting, slated for December 31, will approve the draft of the lease agreement of the proposed SmartCity Kochi, said Fisheries Minister S. Sarma, who is also the chairman of the company. Cabinet set to approve SmartCity lease pact

The construction work of SmartCity Kochi is expected to begin by October this year, said S. Sarma, Minister for Fisheries and Registration and chairman of SmartCity Kochi. He was briefing the media here after the annual general meeting of SmartCity.
