Wins Infotek Private Limited, a Japanese Joint venture
with Wins Ltd. Japan, started operations from Technopark
in June 2005 with a vision to become a leading provider
of control system and process automation software products
and services for semiconductor industry by the year
2008. WINS Ltd., Japan has its headquarters
in Yamanashi in Japan and is involved
in the Design and manufacturing of specialized hi-tech

entire software requirements from India through this
JV. Wins Infotek is specialized in equipment control
and FAB automation software and is
one of the very few companies in India to work in this
niche area.
Wins Infotek also plans to start R&D activities
in collaboration with leading educational and research
institutions to take up advanced software projects to
meet the future needs of this highly competitive industry.Wins
is backed by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation
and Mizuho Banking Corporation - two largest
Banking Corporations in Japan. WINS also has a fully
owned subsidiary in Dailian China specializing in CAD
operations catering to the Japanese Semiconductor industry.
Nihon Aim, a JASDAQ listed company has a substantial
stake in Wins Ltd. Japan. Nihon Aim is a 3000 people
strong company with an annual turnover of 300 Million
US Dollars. Nihon Aim is a leading Service provider
for the Semiconductor process industry.
The tie-up with Wins Ltd has strengthened Nihon Aim
with Engineering and Software skills, whereas Wins Japan
and Wins Infotek get access to a very wide client base
of Nihon Aim. Wins Japan is in the process of commercializing
its patented Technology product 'Atmospheric
Plasma' Processing system which has enabled
Infotek to work in some very advanced areas of semiconductor
equipment automation.
Wins shall be shortly launching its own range of software
products for the Semiconductor industry. The company
is also in the process of building capability in digital
consumer solutions (DCS) domain, which
is a highly expanding market utilizing the broadband
internet connectivity, home networking and boom in digital
consumer market. Image processing applications for
Apple Mac platform is another niche area, where
