Sherston India was started in June 2000 with a small
team of seven at Chennai. Proven with excellence and
creativity, Sherston India has grown to a current work
force of more than 100 with a second office in Technopark,
Thiruvananthapuram, equipped with latest diversified
technologies and a harmonious team. With a strong team
of multimedia, design and programming experts, Sherston,
India, is geared to provide cutting edge solutions in

Sherston's credentials in the field of education have
been recognized on an annual basis by winning the Educational
Technology Award (BETT Award- British Education
& Training in Technology) for the best
educational software on nine occasions since 1990, together
with numerous other awards and nominations. Sherston
had won Supplier of the Year (category: company with
a turnover under £3 million) at the Education
Resources Awards 2002 and has been again short-listed
for Supplier of the Year (category: company with a turnover
over £3 million) for this year 2003.
Sherston India has launched its latest solutions ExperTeach
and SmarTeach, which is based on a learning model that
involves the use of animation and sound for teaching
in classrooms. This model aims at making the work of
teaching less strenuous and more effective by enabling
the understanding of concepts and its retention better
