Airport
The park offers 1.5 million sq ft of work space, with
state-of-the-art facilities, spread across 242 acres
of lush green landscape. All buildings at Technopark
benefit from a large landscaped atrium area within,
and breathtaking nature all around. Technopark is home
to more than 10,000 professionals employed in over 80
companies including majors like Infosys, TCS, Tata Elxsi,
Allianz Cornhill, McKinzie and Ernst & Young. All
the companies in the park benefit from direct OF connectivity
to the international communication gateway at Kochi.
Technopark offers electricity through a 110 KV, 30 MVA
dedicated internal power distribution system with built
in redundancies at all levels. Technopark is a licensee
for distribution of power in the campus. Water supply
is distributed through a dedicated water distribution
system by Technopark. Excellent support facilities like
Earth station, a 200 seat international convention center,
club, guest-house, restaurants and conference rooms
on campus ensure low-cost access to world class services.
Further, setting up units is accelerated by exemption
from state-level clearances, as well as ready-to-use
incubation facilities. .
The Taj Group of Hotels has entered into an agreement
to set up a 100 room business class hotel inside the
Technopark campus. The hotel, to built on one acre of
land, will realize the long standing demand for quality
accommodation within the campus.
The units in the park are mostly joint ventures and
subsidiaries of foreign companies engaged in a wide
variety of activities which include embedded software
development, smart card technology, ERP, process control
software design, engineering CAD software development,
IT enabled services, re-engineering, animation and E-business.
The buildings in Technopark are named after the rivers
of Kerala - Pamba, Periyar, Nila, Chandragiri, Gayatri
and Bhavani.

acres have been sold out. 100 acres of land is to be
acquired in the third phase of expansion.Start-up companies
leasing these developed plots can immediately obtain
power and water connections from Technopark. Additional
clearances, registration charges and stamp duty under
first sale are exempted. This single window service
at Technopark ensures that the procedure entails no
delay. An adjunct campus of 56 acres close to the Aakulam
backwaters, 5 kms away from both the city and Technopark
Campus is being developed to create an exclusive township
comprising residential buildings along with a school,
hospital and recreation facilities on par with international
standards.
Connectivity :-Multiple options are
available for Internet Connectivity to the companies
in Technopark. An optical fibre cable with redundancies
at all levels is placed in the park. Multiple earth
stations are also present. The major Internet Service
Providers (ISPs) are Reliance Infocomm, STPI, BSNL,Bharti
and VSNL. Bandwidth nearing STM levels of 132 MBPS is
available, as per company requirements
Water&Power :-Technopark maintains
its own internal power distribution system. Reliable
power is ensured through a 110 KV, 30 MVA dedicated
power station with two feeders from the power grids
and distributed through 11 KV substations in the campus.
Diesel generator sets are available in all the buildings
for backup. The water requirements in Technopark are
met from sources developed within the campus. A water
recycling plant has also been set up within the campus.
An additional water line from the Kerala Water Authority
will serve to augment the currently available resources
