Technopark gets SEZ for 27.5 acres of land
Technopark has received land possession of 92 acres in its third phase. Furthermore, Technopark has obtained SEZ approval for 27.5 acres of land in the campus as Technopark SEZ-3. Technopark is also in the process of constructing one million sq ft. of modern state-of-the-art built-up space for IT companies.

The National Bank for Agriculture and
Rural Development (Nabard) has sanctioned
Rs.49.53 crore for the development of the
Kollam Technopark, an IT park coming up
in Kollam, Kerala.
